About The Apple Menu

The Apple menu  is a dropdown menu found on the top-left corner of the screen of a Mac computer. It is represented by the Apple logo, and it provides access to various system settings, features and applications.

To access the System Preferences on your Mac, click on the Apple menu  and select System Preferences from the dropdown list. You can also see the About This Mac menu.

You can also use this menu to Force Quit apps, Sleep, Restart, and Shut Down your Mac and more. You can also hold down the Options button to access more settings.
