Apple Launches Apple Store In Saudi Arabia
Apple has officially launched its online store in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant milestone in the company’s retail expansion in the Middle East. This move allows Saudi customers to purchase Apple products directly from the company for the first time, offering a localised shopping experience in Arabic and English.
Localised Shopping Experience
The Saudi Arabian online store provides a full range of Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and accessories. Customers can personalise their purchases with free engraving on items like AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTag. The website and the Apple Store app are available in Arabic, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for local consumers.
Customer Support & Services
Apple has introduced dedicated customer support in Arabic, offering assistance through chat and phone services. This support extends to product setup and troubleshooting, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive help in their native language.

Plans for Physical Stores
Looking ahead, Apple plans to open its first physical retail locations in Saudi Arabia by 2026. These stores will provide customers with the opportunity to experience Apple products firsthand and receive in-person support from Apple-trained staff.
Initial Plans For Retail In Diriyah
With initial plans underway for a prominent retail site in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This move builds on Apple’s growing presence in the Kingdom, following the 2021 launch of the region’s first Apple Developer Academy in Riyadh. Established in collaboration with the Saudi government, Tuwaiq Academy, and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, the academy supports skills development and innovation within the local developer community.

Apple Stores Across The Region
In the broader Middle East region, Apple has established a presence with several retail locations. The first official Apple Store in the Middle East opened in Dubai at the Mall of the Emirates in 2015, followed by a second store at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi. Additionally, there are over 70 independant retail and online stores across the Middle East and North Africa.
