When we first receive your product we complete an assessment. Our specialists will confirm device details and identify potential issues. This initial assessment helps us to understand the general condition, find any obvious problems that need addressing, and ensures we have accurate information about your device.
Diagnostics testing involves a full diagnostic, product scan, and internal diagnostics testing, conducted by our Specialists. Depending on the service or diagnostic required, there may be associated costs.
The purpose of diagnostics testing is to uncover any underlying issues that may not be immediately apparent, providing a comprehensive understanding of your product. This analysis allows us to pinpoint the exact problems and provide an accurate estimate.
After completing the examination and diagnostics, we provide you with an estimate. This estimate outlines the service and repair charges. We communicate the estimate to you over the phone or via email, giving you a clear understanding of what to expect.
Once you approve the estimate and agree to proceed, we may adjust the final cost based on any additional findings or requirements that arise during the service process. Our goal is to ensure you are fully informed and comfortable with the repair plan before we commence any work.
All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST. A shipping fee will be added if we need to ship your device. We’ll inspect your product when we receive it and confirm the service charges.
