Cleaning Products
Keep your Apple Vision Pro polishing cloth clean and store the polishing cloth in a clean bag.
Only clean your Vision Pro with a dry cloth, slightly damp cloth, or use the instructions outlined below. Make sure to not use isopropyl alcohol, cleaning wipes, surface cleaner, window cleaner, or other similar products unless outlined.
Vision Pro
Clean Apple Vision Pro Cover Glass
If the cover glass of your Apple Vision Pro becomes smudged or dirty, wipe with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. If there are loose particles on your cover glass, wipe with a clean microfibre cloth.
Clean Apple Vision Pro Optical Displays
First, place your Apple Vision Pro inside its cover and set it on a level surface. Then, wipe the optical displays with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. Make sure not to use any paper products.
Clean Your Audio Strap
Wipe the strap clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. If necessary, lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water, avoiding the microphone and speaker meshes. You can use hypoallergenic soap for cleaning, avoiding the power connector, speaker mesh, headband connector, and the aluminium lid. Clean the speaker meshes with a dry cotton swab. Dry the strap with a soft, lint-free cloth before you attach it to the main system.
Clean The Speaker Or Microphone Meshes
To remove debris from the microphone or speaker meshes, gently brush with a clean, dry, soft-bristled brush.
Light Seal, Band, Cover, & More
Clean The Light Seal Cushion, Band, & Apple Vision Pro Cover
Use fragrance-free unscented dish soap to clean the light seal cushion, solo knit or dual loop band, and Apple Vision Pro cover. Make sure not to use cleaning wipes, disinfectant wipes, or laundry detergent.
First, remove your Light Seal Cushion, band, or cover from the Enclosure. In a clean container, mix 25 mL or 5 tsp of fragrance-free dish soap into 500 mL or two cups of warm water. Place your cushion, band, or cover in the soapy water. Gently press and rub the surface with your hands and fingers for two minutes. Rinse under running water and gently compress the foam to remove excess soap for 30 seconds. Repeat as required. Let it air dry at room temperature. Don’t use until the Light Seal Cushion, Band, or Cover is completely dry.
Clean The Light Seal
Use fragrance-free unscented dish soap. Don’t use cleaning wipes, disinfectant wipes, or laundry detergent.
First, remove the Light Seal from the Enclosure, and remove the Light Seal Cushion from the Light Seal. In a clean container, mix 25 mL or 5 tsp of fragrance-free dish soap into 500 mL or two cups of warm water. Place a soft lint-free cloth in the soapy water, then remove the cloth from the water and remove excess water. Gently rub the surface of the Light Seal with the wet soapy cloth for two minutes. Wet a second clean, lint-free cloth with fresh water and rub to remove any soap residue from the cleaned area. Repeat as required. Let it air dry at room temperature. Don’t use until the Light Seal is completely dry.
Clean The Apple Vision Pro Curtain
If material is stuck to the curtain around the displays, use a dry, lint-free cloth or soft bristle brush to remove the debris. You can also press non-tacky tape onto the curtain and lift it up to remove debris. To remove a stain, use a damp cloth and gently rub on the stain. Take care not to wet the optical displays.
Battery & Power Cable
Clean The Apple Vision Pro Battery
First, shut down Apple Vision Pro and unplug the power connector from the audio strap on your Vision Pro. If your battery is plugged into the wall to charge, unplug it. Dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with water to clean the battery’s exterior. Avoid getting any moisture near the power cable. Completely dry with a clean lint-free cloth before you use the battery pack again.
How to clean your Apple Vision Pro Power Cable
Shut down Apple Vision Pro and unplug the power connector from the strap. If your battery is plugged into the wall to charge, unplug it. Dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with water, then wipe along the length of the cable. If the cable still isn’t clean, use a soft lint-free cloth with soapy water and wipe along the length of the cable. Use a dry cloth to wipe the cable and remove any excess moisture.
Avoid getting any moisture near the connector on the cable or the battery. Allow the cable to dry overnight before using it again with your device.
Accessories
Clean The Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth
Machine wash and machine dry or hand wash and air dry as needed. If your Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth has been dropped outdoors or on a dirty surface, do not use it to clean the cover glass until it has been thoroughly cleaned.
Be sure to keep your Apple Vision Pro Polishing Cloth clean, as dirt and debris can scratch your Apple Vision Pro.
Clean The Apple Vision Pro Travel Case
Wipe the exterior and interior of the case clean with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth. If the exterior still isn’t clean, use a soft lint-free cloth with soapy water. Make sure the case is fully dry before using it with Apple Vision Pro.
